The Bank of Punjab is one of the leading banks of Pakistan with a large network of 624 online branches including Islamic Banking branches across Pakistan. BOP invites applications from high-caliber, seasoned professionals for the following positions:

Group Chief — Corporate & Investment Banking (Location: Lahore/Karachi)

  • Drive sustained and accelerated portfolio growth augmented with efficient services while exercising due control over all aspects of business in line with strategic business objectives of the bank.
  • Demonstrate exceptional networking capability to cultivate new and nurture existing client relationships, and actively spearheading business development activities & ensuring booking of quality assets and enhancing bank’s revenue/profitability.
  • Manage to place BOP as a leading player in the competitive corporate . & investment banking landscape by winning bilateral business opportunities, leading & participating in project finance, syndication and equity transactions.
  • Provide advisory services to complex financing/business needs of the customers supported by innovative end-to-end value added services.
  • Undertake remedial measures to keep the credit portfolio healthy and NPLs at lowest ebb, and arrange for Restructuring/Rescheduling of non-performing assets in Fine with PRs and Bank’s Policy and Risk parameters

This position is SEVP(G) level in regular cadre of the bank. The position demands highly motivated. result oriented individuals with demonstrated experience and leadership skills, well-versed with  applicable banking laws & practices.

Qualification: Post Graduate from NEC recognized University / Foreign University.

Experience: Minimum 20 years of banking experience including 03 years in similar functions under direct reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Age: Not more than 57 years as on date of application

Group Chief Consumer & Digital Banking (Location: Lahore)

  • Develop and lead banks retail & digital banking strategy in line with bank’s vision and mission.
  •  Drive sustained and accelerated growth in branch banking including deposits, revenue, geographical outreach and profitability through innovative products, new customer acquisition and deepening existing relationships.
  • Lead a culture change drive with focus on customer value proposition, service delivery, complaint resolution, operational excellence, compliance & control and creating synergies in value chain.
  • Manage business initiatives from digital to branchless banking and from ADC channels to wealth management products & programs both at relationship as well as portfolio management level, including government and private sector. Development of high yield portfolios with the capacity to generate large volumes of revenues.
  • Deliver superior service quality and the best digital experience while ensuring business performance and continuity of digital & self-service channels.
