The applications for the following project posts of the project (Establishment of Medical & Cardiac Care Unit in Additional Block of CAPITAL HOSPITAL ISLAMABAD) at Capital Hospital on contract basis are invited from suitable candidates possessing qualifications, experience and age limit as mentioned against each post.

Orthodontic Specialist	i. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC. ii. PMC level III qualification in respective subject like FCPS/MD/MS or other equivalent level III qualification in the specialty recognized / registered by the PMC. iii. 07 years clinical experience in the requisite specialty / field. Age – 45 years
Vascular Surgeon	i. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC. ii. PMC level III qualification in respective subject like FCPS/MD/MS or other equivalent level III qualification in the specialty recognized / registered by the PMC. iii. 07 years clinical experience in the requisite specialty / field. Age – 45 years
Rheumatologist	i. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC. ii. PMC level III qualification in respective subject like FCPS/MD/MS or other equivalent level III qualification in the specialty recognized / registered by the PMC. iii. 07 years clinical experience in the requisite specialty / field. Age – 45 years
Neuro Physician	i. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC. ii. PMC level III qualification in respective subject like FCPS/MD/MS or other equivalent level III qualification in the specialty recognized / registered by the PMC. iii. 07 years clinical experience in the requisite specialty / field. Age – 45 Years
Associate Neuro Physician	i. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC. ii. PMC level III qualification in respective subject like FCPS/MD/MS or other equivalent level III qualification in the specialty recognized / registered by the PMC. iii. 03 years clinical experience in the requisite specialty / field. Age – 35 years
Histopathologist	i. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC. ii. Post graduate higher degree / diploma in the relevant specialty. iii. FCPS, 10 years experience in the relevant field. Age – 35 years
Assistant Director HMIS	i. A second class Master’s degree in with three years experience in the relevant field in Government or in an organization or in a firm of repute in public or private sector. ii. 03 years of experience of any government or private Hospital HMIS work.
Associate Anesthetist	i. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC. ii. Post graduate higher or lower degree / diploma in the relevant specialty. iii. FCPS, 05 years experience in the relevant field. Age – 35 years
Dy. Director (Coordination)	i. A second class Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in public / Business Administration or Administrative Science. ii. Five year experience in the relevant field in a responsible position equivalent to basic pay scale 17 and above in Government or in an organization or in a firm of repute in public or private sector.
Assistant Director (Coordination)	i. A second class Master’s degree with three years experience in the relevant field in Government or in an organization or in a firm of repute in public or private sector. *Note: Experience of public or private sector hospital will be preferred.
Associate Oncologist	i. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC. ii. Post graduate higher degree / diploma in the relevant specialty. iii. FCPS, 5 years experience in the relevant field. Age – 35 years
Assistant Anesthetist	i. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC. ii. One Year House Job in Anesthesia. iii. Preference will be given to those having previous experience in the relevant field Age — 30 Years
Medical Officers (1:3)	i. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC. ii. One year house job. iii. Preference will be given to those having previous experience in the relevant field Age — 30 Years
Assistant Dental Surgeon	i. MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC. ii. MPH, 03 year Experience. iii. Preference will be given to those having previous experience in the relevant field Age — 30 Years
Head Nurse	i) BSc. Nursing recognized by Pakistan Nursing Council. ii) 05 years regular service as Staff Nurse in government / semi government / Registered / recognize private hospital. iii) Age= 33 Years OR i) Matric with Science ii) Diploma in General Nursing. iii) Diploma in Midwifery. iv) 05 years regular service as Staff Nurse in government / semi government / Registered / recognize private hospital. *Note: Higher qualifications /experience will be preferred.
Physiotherapist	i. B.Sc in Physiotherapy. ii. Five year experience in the relevant field. Age — 30 Years
Assistant Physiotherapist	i. B.Sc in Physiotherapy ii. One year experience in the relevant field. OR ii. Diploma in Physiotherapy. iii. Three year experience in the relevant field. Age – 28 years
Staff Nurse	i) BSc. Nursing recognized by Pakistan Nursing Council. ii) Preference will be given to those having previous experience in the field. iii) Age= 27 Years OR i) Matric with Science ii) Diploma in General Nursing. iii) Diploma in Midwifery. iv) Preference will be given to those having previous experience in the field. *Note: Higher qualifications /experience will be preferred.
Diabetes Educator	i. B.Sc (Hons) in Nutritionist and Dietetics. ii. Experience in relevant field will be preferable. OR iii. Doctor of Diet and Nutrition Sciences Age – 30 years
Admin Officer (Special Initiatives)	i. A second class Master’s degree in with three years experience in the relevant field in Government or in an organization or in a firm of repute in public or private sector. *Note: Administration experience of public or private sector hospital will be preferred.
Speech therapy Technician	i. Matric with science. ii. Diploma in / Certificate in relevant field. iii. Experience Preferred Age – 25 years.
Phlebotomist/Lab receptionist	i. FA/FSc, ICS, I.Com with one year relevant Phlebotomy experience. Age – 25 years
Receptionist	i. FA/FSc, ICS, I.Com with one year relevant experience. Age – 25 Years
Electrician	i. Matric ii. One year certificate in electrical Age – 25 Years
Special Services Guard	i. Retired SSG Commando (Must have discharge from service within period of two years) ii. Should have remained deployed with special purpose security. iii. Must have attended following military/Para military courses / trainings:- • Other Rank Basic Commando Course. • Basic Air Borne Course. • Advance unarmed Combat Course.
Security Guards	i. Middle Pass. ii. Ex-service man is preferable. Age – 35 years
Ward Boy	i) Primary passed, preferably middle passed. ii) Previous experience in a hospital preferable. Age – 25 years
Office Attendant	i) Primary passed, preferably middle passed. ii) Previous experience as office attendant preferable. Age – 25 years
Naib Qasid	i) Middle passed. ii) Previous experience as Naib Qasid / Office Boy preferable. Age – 25 years
Sanitary Worker	i) Literate ii) Previous experience as sanitary worker preferable. Age – 25 Years

Instructions:-

New written application on plain paper alongwith attested copies of all educational documents, experience certificates, two recent photographs, CNIC and Domicile should reach to the office of Project Director / Executive Director Capital Hospital, CDA within 15 days from the date of advertisement.
• Name of Post and Serial Number should be mentioned on the left corner of the Envelope and applications with Block Bold Letters.
• Incomplete and unattested documents will not be entertained.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for coming for the Test/interview. Only short-listed candidates will be called for Test/interview.
• The candidates working in public sector departments/organizations should send their application through proper channel.
• The Authority has right to decrease or increase the number of posts at the time of recruitment.
• Age relaxation shall be allowed as per government instructions/policy.
• All applicable quotas will be observed as per Federal Government policy.
• All project posts shall be purely on contract basis for a period of one year having no vested right for regular appointment.
• All applications should be forwarded through Post Officer or any courier service. No application will be entertained “BY HAND”.
