Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the following vacant position as per criteria mentioned against each position. Preference will be given to eligible/suitable candidate from District Charsadda, however in case of non availability of eligible candidate in District Charsadda the candidate from adjacent district will be considered.
Application complete in all respect with duly attested supporting documents, must reach to the Office of Medical Superintendent within 15 days of the date of Advertisement through registered mail.
| POSTS | MINIMUM QUALIFICATION /Â EXPERIENCE |
| Clinical Technician (Multi Purpose) | Matric Science at the minimum of 2nd Division with respective filled 2 years diploma registered and renewed with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Faculty. |
| M&R Technician (Civil) | Matric Science with DAE(Civil) 3 years. |
| Electrician | Matric with at least with 2nd Division & relevant diploma of Technical Board. |
TERMS & Conditions:-
- Candidate must be bonified resident of District Charsadda, however incase of non availability of suitable candidate from district Charsadda other candidates preferably from adjacent district will be considered.
- Applications supported with the following Documents duly attested must be submitted to Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Charsadda. (1. Attested Photo copies of all academic Qualification, 2.One current Photo, Attested Photo copy of CNIC. 3. Attested Photo copies of relevant diploma)
- The candidate applying from Govemmentl Semi Government organization are required to apply through proper Channel along with requisite documents including NOC from Parent department.
- NO TA/DA will be allowed for interview.
- The number of posts will be increased/decreased as per availability of the positions at the time of selection.
- The verification fee of each documents of the selected candidate will be paid from their own pocket. In case of any fake information/documents found, their appointment order will be considered withdrawn automatically and will be liable lo be proceeded against under the law.
- All quotas will be reserved according to the prevailing rules. All relevant information will be displayed on the notice board of this Hospital accordingly.
