A Government Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa intends to launch ADP/AIP Project in Merged Areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The following project posts are to be filled purely on merit as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Policy, 2008;
Jobs Detail:
Program Manager
Required Qualification:
- 16 years or equivalent qualification in Social Science/Development Studies/Rural Development / or relevant discipline from HEC recognized institution.
- 04 years of working experience in relevant field i.e. in the capacity of Child Protection with Govt./Semi Govt. preferably in Merged Areas.
Child Protection Officer
Required Qualification:
- 16 years or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized institution.
- 03 years of working experience in relevant field i.e child protection with Govt./Semi Govt./humanitarian organization, preferably in Merged Areas
Social Case Worker
Required Qualification:
- Second Class Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline form HEC recognized institution.
- 3 years’ of working experience on child Protection with Govt./NGO/INGO in Merged Areas preferably.
Psychologist
Required Qualification:
- Candidate should have BS/B.Sc. Honors (Psychology) OR an M.Sc. degree in Psychology from HEC recognized institution.
- 3 years of experience as Psychologist with Govt./Semi Govt. humanitarian organization, Child Protection.
Administrative & Accounts Officer
Required Qualification:
- 16 years or equivalent qualification in MBA (Finance), Com, BBA (Hons) Finance or Master in Economics.
- 05 Years of relevant working experience with public or Private sector, specifically with Child Protection in Merged Areas.
Information Management Officer
Required Qualification:
- 16 years or equivalent qualification in MCS, BCS (Hons), Master in Computer Science or relevant discipline from HEC recognized institution.
- 02 years’ relevant experience in developing of MIS system. data Management and reporting with Govt./Semi Govt./INGO.
Junior Clerk
Required Qualification:
- FA, F.SC, from HEC recognized institution.
- One-year experience in handling of office work.
- Typing speed 30 W/M on computer keyboard.
Drivers
Required Qualification:
- Primary pass with LTV/HTV driving license.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-
- All the posts will be filled on fixed pay, initially for one-year contract, which will be extendable on performance basis.
- Application of the candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of his/her academic qualification, relevant experience from Government/Semi Government Organization/Institutes & professional skills, age limit and personal interviews.
- Selection will be made purely on merit to be determined by the Departmental Selection Committee as per criteria mentioned in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Policy 2008.
- The zonal allocation formula shall not be applied to project posts.
- All the candidates may apply on the prescribed Application Form with a recent photograph and attested copies of CN IC, academic credentials. relevant experience certificates.
- Candidate can apply only for one post. Dual applications will be rejected.
- Incomplete application form without the required documents will be rejected.
- Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
- Maximum age limit will be reckoned on the last date of the submission of application.
- Candidates submitted course completion certificate, irrelevant experience certificate for the posts as mentioned at serial No. 1-7 will be rejected.
- Deadline for the receipt of application is 15 days from the date of circulation of advertisement.
