Eligibility Criteria for Constables/Lady Constables in Punjab Police

Age: 18 to 22 year
Height: 5 feet 7 inches for male / 5 feet 2 inches for female
Chest: minimum 33’’ 34’’1/2 (only for male)
Residence: Must have domicile of relevant district / National Identity Card
Qualification: Matric with 50% marks
Running: 1.6 kilometer in 7 minutes for male / 1.6 kilometer in 6 minutes for female

Eligibility Criteria for Security Constables (SPU) Punjab

Age: 18 to 22 year
Height: 5 feet 7 inches for
Chest: minimum 33’’ 34’’1/2
Residence: Must have domicile of relevant district / National Identity Card
Qualification: Matric with 2nd division marks
Running: 1.6 kilometer in 7 minutes

Eligibility Criteria for Traffic Assistants Traffic Police, Punjab

Age: 18 to 22 year
Height: 5 feet 7 inches for male / 5 feet 2 inches for female
Chest: minimum 33’’ 34’’1/2 (only for male)
Residence: Must have domicile of relevant district / National Identity Card
Qualification: Matric with 50% marks
Running: 1.6 kilometer in 7 minutes for male / 1.6 kilometer in 6 minutes for female

Eligibility Criteria for Driver Constables in Motor Transport, Punjab

Age: 18 to 22 year
Height: 5 feet 7 inches for male / 5 feet 2 inches for female
Chest: minimum 33’’ 34’’1/2 (only for male)
Residence: Must have domicile of relevant district / National Identity Card
Qualification: Matric with 50% marks
Driving License: LTV
Experience: 02 year working experience after getting LTV license
Running: 1.6 kilometer in 7 minutes for male / 1.6 kilometer in 6 minutes for female

Eligibility Criteria for Constables/Lady Constables as Wireless Operator (Telecommunication) Punjab

Age: 18 to 22 year
Height: 5 feet 7 inches for male / 5 feet 2 inches for female
Chest: minimum 33’’ 34’’1/2 (only for male)
Residence: Must have domicile of relevant district / National Identity Card
Qualification: Matric with Science and Diploma of Associate Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical with 50% marks.
Running: 1.6 kilometer in 7 minutes for male / 1.6 kilometer in 6 minutes for female

Instructions:

No concession will be given in height, chest and age etc
The candidates working in Government Department/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
05% quota for minorities, 15% for female and 10% for retired person from armed forces
Height, chest measurement, running, written test and interview will be conducted.
Candidates who want to get additional number on the basis of police family claim should attach all the documents related to their claim like pay book, copy of retirement order etc with their application.
All the applications have to submit an affidavit stating that they are not named / involved / wanted in any FIR or case.
In case of submission of false affidavit, the candidate will be disqualified for police recruitment. And legal action will be taken.
If at any stage during the verification of educational credentials, domicile, national identity card and medical certificate of the candidate, the documents are found to be fake or unverified, then the recruitment of the candidate will be cancelled and legal action will be taken.
Only those candidates will be eligible for physical examination whose applications are found to be complete.
Candidates will not be reimbursed for any expenses incurred during the various stages of selection.
Physical Examination will be held in the concerned District Police Line.
If a candidate qualifies for more than one post, he/she will have to select one post before the interview and submit an affidavit in this regard.
The department will be empowered to modify or cancel this advertisement in any part of this advertisement.
Last date to submit application is 15-11-2022
Applications can be submitted in relevant district police lines with testimonial education certificates and Rs. 50 form fee between 1st November 2022 to 15th November 2022.
