Applications are invited from suitable candidates for appointment to various posts (PPS-02 to 07) based at Islamabad under the project titled “National Programme for Enhancing Command Area in Barani Areas of Pakistan” PARC Research & Skill Development Component, Ministry of National Food Security and Research, purely on contract basis initially for a period of two years extendable further on yearly basis till the completion of the project. The positions will be filled strictly on merit basis in a transparent manner and in accordance with the guidelines provided in Ministry of Finance 0. M. No. F. 4(9) R-14/2008 dated 18th April, 2022.

Scientific Officer	• Agriculture Engineering 04 Years BE/M.Sc Chemistry/ M.Sc. Physics / BE Civil Engineering. • Minimum 3 year experience relevant field
Accounts & Finance/ Admin Assistant	• M. Com/BBA (16 years) from any HEC recognized University (1St Division in final degree and no 3rd Division in the entire academic career), M.A/MSc • Minimum3 year experience in Accounts, Finance and Administration matters in any Government and Private Organization
Plumber/Electrician/ Field Man	• Matric with Technical diploma from recognized technical institutions • Minimum two year relevant working experience in any firm/workshop
Naib Qasid	• Matric • Minimum 1 year from any Government and Private Organization

General Instructions:

Note: In all cases the general instructions/recruitment policy of Establishment Division contained in their 0. M. No. 53/1/2008-SP dated 22.10.2014, 16.01.2015 and 03.03.2015 as amended from time to time will be followed.

Recruitment to the above posts would be on contract basis and subject to the following conditions:-

Upper age limit is relaxable as per Government Policy in vogue.
Women are encouraged to apply for serial no 1 & 2.
Government employees should apply through proper channel. However, the NoC shall be produced at the time of test/interview. Failing which applicant will be not be allowed for test/interview.
For applying to the posts from PPS-02 to PPS-07, the applicants will submit the applications on the prescribed forms along with copies of CNIC, educational transcripts, experience certificates, NOC (where required) shall be submitted to the below given address within 15 days of publication of this advertisement. The forms can be downloaded from the website of Ministry of National Food Security and Research mnfsr.gov.pk. The name of the post applied shall be clearly & BOLDLY written on the envelop.
Prescribed application form shall be used for applying for posts carrying PPS-6-PPS-07 (S.No.1-2)and PPS-02 (Sr.No 3-5) separately. Duly filled-in form, in all respects, shall reach the undersigned within fifteen (15) days from the publication of this advertisement.
Incomplete applications as well as applications received after due date will not be entertained.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
No TA/DA would be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
The competent authority reserves the right not to fill the posts or withhold the appointment of any or all posts without assigning any reason.
