Pakistan Railway Freight Transportation Company (PRFTC) (Pvt.) Ltd., a subsidiary of Ministry of Railway, involved in Freight Business of Pakistan Railways and other allied activities related to freight business, is looking for recruitment of suitable candidate for the following posts, on contract basis for a period of three (03) years (further extendable subject to satisfactory performance).

Job Details:

Company Secretary/ Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Candidate should be a qualified ACCA/ICMA/CA with post qualification experience as Company Secretary or CFO or Finance Manager with minimum of 8 years of overall experience of which last 3 years must be at a Managerial Finance related position and preferably a member of recognized body of professional accountants or a corporate/chartered secretary. Must have good exposure of SECP, tax and financial related assignments.

Executive Directors

Retired Railway Officers from Civil, Mechanical & Traffic Departments of PR who were retired in BPS 20/21 having command over their relevant fields with ability to manage the respective functions in railway network
Director Business Management Director Operations
Master in Business Administration from a reputed / university. The person will be responsible for the business planning, development and its operational management activities. Excellent commercial contacts, professional relationship building with ability to help negotiate and generate commercial business and its management. Must have in depth exposure of freight, cargo, and logistics business with clear understanding of commercial and operational logistics.

Legal Advisor

The candidate should have a Master degree or equivalent in Law, having experience of 5 years in handling civil litigation related to corporate / other sector cases in various courts & providing legal advice. Must have license of High Court and Supreme Court with strong knowledge of country Laws including Corporate, Revenue, Taxes and Contracts etc. Knowledge of Railway related laws would be considered a plus.

Business Managers

Business / or logistics graduate with min 5 years of experience in freight, logistics, supply chain or business-related environment with at least 2 years in Managerial capacity.
Business and Operations Officers
Business / IT or logistics graduate with minimum 3 years’ experience in a business environment preferably in freight, cargo, container, coal or other commodities business. Project Specialist

Accounts Officers

Business / Project management/ Engineering graduates with at least 3 years’ work experience. Must have the ability to manage projects with their TORs, budgets and follow ups with excellent planning and time management skills. The job requires to schedule meetings, record important decisions made in meetings, prepare progress reports and create progress presentations.

Manager/IT

(i) Post Graduate in Commerce with specialization in Accountancy / Finance
(ii) Having minimum 5 Years’ experience in relevant field.
Manager Administration
(i) The candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in IT responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies such as communication systems, web design or internet security.
(ii) Having minimum 05 Years’ experience in relevant field.

Head TXR/ CWI

(i) The candidate must possess Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
(ii) Having minimum 05 Years’ experience in an office setting and performing clerical work, should have advanced knowledge of productivity tools including MS Office Suite.

Management Trainees

Diploma of Associate Engineering (Mechanical) or B-Tech (Mechanical). At least 15 years’ experience of Railways. Retired officials of PR will be preferred. Fresh graduates in business, management, marketing or other related fields. Excellent written and verbal communication/computer skills are required.

Instructions:
