Applications are invited for appointment of following vacancies (on contract basis for a period of “One” year) in Pakistan Railways, Multan Division:-

Eligibility Criteria 

The eligibility criteria for appointment on above categories is as under:-

For Signal Maintainer/ BS-08 (S.No.01):-

Signal Maintainer retired from Pakistan Railways with age not more than 62 years.

OR

Matric 2nd Division with Science and 02 years’ certificate in Electrical/ Electronics (Board of Technical Education) having minimum 03 years’ experience in Pakistan Railways (Applicants with experience of Pakistan Railways shall only be considered).

For Technician Telecom/ BS-08 (S.No.02):-

Technician Teleocm retired from Pakistan Railways with age not more than 62 years.

OR

Matric 2nd Division with Science and 02 years’ certificate in Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecom (Board of Technical Education) having minimum 03 years’ experience in Pakistan Railways (Applicants with experience of Pakistan Railways shall be considered only).

For Signal Muawan/ BS-01 (S.No.03):

Signal Muawan retired from Pakistan Railways with age not more than 62 years.

OR

Matric 2nd Division with Science and having minimum 03 years work experience in Pakistan Railways (Applicants with experience of Pakistan Railways will be considered only).

Documents Required

Attested copies of:-

1. Computerized National Identity Card.
2. Domicile of Multan Division.
3. Character Certificate (Issued by Relevant Police Authority)
4. Educational
5. Three Photographs of Passport Size.
6. 03 years’ Experience certificate for working in Pakistan Railways endorsed from the office of DSTE-I, DSTE-H/ Multan or PD/Signal Project.
7. Photocopy of Pension Book if applicable.
8. Railway Identity Card if applicable.
9. Retirement notice/ LPR notice in case of retired employee.

Terms and conditions

1. The candidates who have been compulsorily retired, removed or dismissed from service will not be eligible for the said posts.
2. Retired employees from Multan Division will be given preference.
3. Only eligible / shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview.
4. Selected candidates will be required to pass Medical Examination from Pakistan Railways Hospital, Multan.
5. Selected candidates will be paid only the basic pay of scale and other allowances admissible under contract appointment and they will not be entitled for gratuity and pension.

Submission of Application

1. The desirous candidates may submit their application on plain paper with complete Bio Data and attested copies of required documents. The applications may be sent to Divisional Personnel Officer, (CR Section) Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways Multan by registered Dak or through e.mail address i.e dpomul@pakrail.gov.pk upto 20-09-2022.
2. Telephone Numbers, Mobile Numbers if any should also be endorsed on application form and envelopes.
3. The applications received after 20-09-2022 will not be entertained.
4. Incomplete applications without required documents will not be entertained. No Travelling allowance or other expenses will be paid to the candidates who will be called for interview/medical test.
5. No application will be received in person or by hand.
6. Last Date for submission of application is 20-09-2022.
7. The Competent Authority has the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
