The Govt of Punjab has received financing from the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) in the form of a “grant” towards the cost of Transformation in Access, Learning, Equity and Education Management (TALEEM), PMIU-PESRP is the secretariat (Implementing /executing agency), herein after referred to as ‘Client’ intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this grant to eligible payments. In order to strengthen & improve access to inclusive and quality education in the province, PMIU is implementing the programme for five-years comprises of five components and ten subcomponents. For proper implementation of the TALEEM, various experts having relevant qualification and experience are required to be hired for ‘Data Center & TALEEM Cell’.
The Client now invites eligible individual candidates (“Consultants’) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required capacity, qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The areas are given below:-

Manager Finance & Accounts
Required Qualification:
At least 16 years of education in Finance, Accounts, CA/ACCA, CIMA, Business Administration in Finance from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Higher qualification will be preferred.
Required Experience:
At least ten (10) years of documentary verifiable experience. Experience of working with donors and the Govt sector will be preferred.
System Administrator
Required Qualification:
At least 16 years of education in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT) from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Required Experience:
03 years of relevant experience.
Support Technician
Required Qualification:
At least 16 years of education in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT) from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Required Experience:
03 years of relevant experience.
General Instructions:
The TORs of the above positions can be downloaded from htrps://pesrp.edu.pk/procurement. all the relevant documents i.e. copies of degrees and experience certificates invariably be attached with the E0I. Under this program, the individual consultants will be hired “initially under PPRA Rules for a period of one year which may be extended on satisfactory performance till project period.
