Applications are invited for the following positions from eligible candidates having domicile of Sindh Province, in Sindh Higher Education Commission, Government of Sindh for appointment as per rules / requirement of the posts, detailed as under:

Vacant Posts:

Post	Qualification, Experience & Age.
Director (CIEC) BPS-19	• Masters in any discipline at least in second division or equivalent from University / Institute recognized by HEC Islamabad. • Minimum of 12 years of experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in the position of Monitoring & Evaluation and Accreditation in Higher Education Institution under Govt. I Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies or reputable organization. • Must be well versed with relevant software. • Age 35 to 45 years.
Director (Academics) BPS-19	• Masters in any discipline at least in second Division from University / Institution recognized by HEC Pakistan. • Must possess 12 years’ experience in middle / senior level management under Government of Sindh, having experience in Academics / Administration. • Must have sound knowledge of Higher Education / Academics etc. • Must be computer literate. • Age: up to 55 years
Director (IT) BPS-19	• Masters in Computer Science/ 1T/Software Engg. Or equivalent, at least in second division from University / Institution recognized by Higher Education Commission. • Must possess 12 years’ experience in Software Development / Database-Management I Network Administration / Web-Development etc. in middle / senior level management under Government of Sindh. • Working with education related environment shall be treated as an asset • Age: up to 55 years.
Director (Legal) BPS-19	• LLB in second division or equivalent from University / Institute recognized by HEC Pakistan. • Must possess 12 years of experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in the position of legal affairs / court matters in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) Linder Govt. I Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies or reputable organization. • Must have sound knowledge of rules and procedures of HEIs/ HEC. • Must be computer literate. • Age: up to 45 years
Deputy Director (Academics) BPS-18	• Masters in any discipline at least in second division or equivalent from University / Institute recognized by HEC Islamabad. • A minimum of 05 years of experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in the position of Academic affairs in Higher Education Institution under Govt. / Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies or reputable organization. • Must be well versed with relevant software. • Age: 30 to 40 years
Deputy Director (QA) BPS-18	• Masters in any discipline at least in second division or equivalent from University / Institute recognized by HEC Islamabad. • A minimum of 05 years of experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in the position of Quality Assurance in Higher Education Institution under Govt. / Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies or reputable organization. • Must be well versed with relevant software_ • Age: 30 to 40 years
Deputy Director (Finance) BPS-18	• Chartered Accountant/ ICMA/ Master’s degree (Finance /Accounting) in second division or equivalent from University / Institute recognized by HEC Islamabad. • A minimum of 05 years of experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in the position of Financial matters in Higher Education Institution under Govt. / Semi Govt. / Autonomous bodies or reputable organization. • Must be well versed with relevant software. • Age: 30 to 40 years
Deputy Director (Internal Audit) BPS-18	• Chartered Accountant/ ICMA/ Master’s degree (Finance /Accounting) in second division or equivalent from University / Institute recognized by HEC Islamabad. • A minimum of 05 years of experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in the position of Audit matters in Higher Education Institution under Govt. / Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies or reputable organization. • Must be well versed with relevant software. • Age: 30 to 40 years
Deputy Director (CIEC) BPS-18	• Masters in any discipline at least in second division or equivalent from University / Institute recognized by HEC Islamabad. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in the position of Monitoring & Evaluation and Accreditation in Higher Education Institution under Govt. / Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies or reputable organization. • Must be well versed with relevant software. • Age: 30 to 40 years
Deputy Director (IT)	• First class Master Degree in Computer Science /IT (M.Sc. / MCS) or BCS/BCE or BS (Engineering/ BE (Computer Science / IT). (4 year degree in Electrical / Avionics) or equivalent from a recognized institute. • At least 5 years with Master or 7 years with Bachelor post qualification experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 and above in any Government / Semi Govt. / Autonomous Body. • Candidates having MCSE and CCNA and for a Management degree will have be preferred. • Age: 30 to 40 years
Deputy Director (Coordination) BPS-18	• Masters in any discipline at least in second division or equivalent from University / Institute recognized by HEC Pakistan. • Must possess five years’ experience in BPS-17 or above or equivalent in education related environment under Govt. / Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies or reputable organization. • Must have knowledge of higher education, academics etc. • Must be computer literate. • Age: up to 40 years

Instructions:

Interested candidates who meet the above-mentioned minimum eligibility criteria may apply for the respective job along with bio-data, qualification, experience certificate, postal address and contact detail, CNIC, Domicile/PRC, copies of all degrees / documents required.
Age relaxation is applicable subject to allow by the Government of Sindh.
Pay order / demand draft amounting to Rs. 1500/- in favor of Sindh Higher Education Commission may be enclosed with the application or Rs. 1500/- may be deposited in Sindh Bank Clifton Branch Account No. PK83SIND0003021577421000 Account Title Sindh Higher Education Commission and copy of deposit slip may be enclosed with application, the post applied for and name of candidate should be clearly mentioned on slip for written test fee.
The women quota, differently abled person quota and minority quota will be observed as per instructions of Government of Sindh.
The Selected candidates will be posted at the office of Sindh Higher Education Commission located at Karachi.
Those already in government service are required to apply through proper channel.
Sindh HEC reserves the right to withdraw the above posts, if justifiable reasons arise.
Canvassing in any form or manner shall disqualify the candidate(s).

No TA/DA is admissible to the candidates who appear in the written test/interview.
