Applications are invited by Survey of Pakistan Rawalpindi  from Pakistani Nationals for the following posts having the qualification and experience as shown against each:-

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1. Candidates will apply online on Survey of Pakistan (SoP) website www.sop.gov.pk OR www.surveyofpakistan.gov.pk. Candidates of BPS 3-15 will be called for Screening (Written)/ Skilled (Practical) test at only specified cities i.e Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Lahore, Quetta & Karachi. Candidates must specify exam center in their online application form.
2. An objective type screening test for BPS 7-15 will be held out of Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, English, General Knowledge and Subject relevant to post. Driver & Book Binder will be having skill / practical test.
3. Only shortlisted candidates (BPS 7-15) will be called for test / interview.
4. All above mentioned posts are for all Pakistan basis and selected candidates will have to serve anywhere in Pakistan as and when required by department.
5. Non-Muslim must provide their declaration on oath at the time of interview.
6. Disabled quota is reserved for those who are registered with District Rehabilitation Organization OR District Council of Health.7
7. Govt. Servants including SoP staff must apply through online and forward their NOC through department.
8. Relaxation in Upper Age Limit will be given as per Govt. Policy.
9. Age of candidates will be calculated with effect from closing date of receipt of application i.e 10th September 2022.
10. Candidates who possess awareness about Computer Hardware and Software in addition to prescribed qualification of the post shall be considered as extra qualification.
11. Applications for the posts of Driver (BS-04) and Book Binder (BS-03) are required to be send to the undersigned, on prescribed proforma, before closing date of receipt of application i.e 10th September 2022.
12. Candidates will have to produce following documents in original and attested photocopies at the time of interview.
    1. 3 x Latest passport size
    2. Attested photocopy of educational
    3. Attested copy of CNIC and domicile duly verified from concerned district
    4. Experience Certificates (if any).
    5. Attested copy of discharge certificate DASB (in case of Driver Ex-Army) / svc cert / NOC from concerned office (for serving candidates in SoP / other department).
    6. Declaration on oath from Non-Muslim candidate duly verified from Magistrate Grade-I.
    7. Disability certificate showing nature of disability issued by District Rehabilitation Organization OR District Council of Health.
13. Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any / all applications without indicating any reason.
14. All communication will be made through the valid active contact number (mobile number). Call list for test / interview will be placed on SoP official website i.e www.sop.gov.pk OR www.surveyofpakistan.gov.pk. Candidates are required to keep visiting the website.
15. Candidates can apply ONLY FOR ONE POST AT A TIME. Candidates who apply for more than one post will be rejected, if found.
16. Applications found with wrong credentials / false information will be rejected at any stage of recruitment process.
17. Last date for online submission of applications is 10th September 2022.
18. No TA / DA will be paid for appearing in Test / Interview.

Note:-

1.  Selected candidates against the post of Assistant (BPS-15) will be required to qualify mandatory 6 weeks Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) conducted by NITB, before completion of probation period.
2.  Selected candidates against the posts of Technical Assistant (Various Trades) (BPS-15) & Technician (BPS-7) will undergo mandatory training of Survey Disciplines. On completion of Training, they will be allotted specific trades, as per requirement.
