Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) intends to hire the Compliance Monitors for its Benazir Taleemi Wazaif initiative on fixed salary of Rs.50,000/- per month (all-inclusive) for the collection of attendance compliance data on quarterly basis by visiting the respective schools, purely on contract basis for a period of one year. Max. Age Limit: 30 years on the closing date of advertisement Preference will be given to the Domicile holder of the district of the post in case of Category I, II and open Merit in case of Cat-III. Posting: As per advertised districts or anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of the program.

Required Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 14 years of education or equivalent qualification in any discipline preferably in Computer Science from HEC recognized university with at least 1 year experience in data collection, conducting interviews, and data entry. Have experience in operating android (for Category I, II & III)
  • Should possess Valid Motorcycle Driving Licence (Learner or Expired or Applied for licence is not acceptable) for Category II.
  • Requirement of Motorcycle Driving Licence is not applicable for the posts reserved for Female i.e. Category
  • The posts reserved for office based work i.e. Category III will be filled on open merit basis and Motorcycle Driving License is not compulsory requirement for these Both males and females can apply against these posts.

Instructions

  1. Only eligible candidates will be called for a screening/written test. T.A/D.A shall not be admissible. The original documents shall also be checked at the time of interview, in case of any discrepancy, the candidature would be canceled.
  2. Candidates in Government Service will have to resign from their service before joining, if they are selected.

  4. Female candidates having Valid Motorcycle Driving License may also apply for posts other than those reserved for female candidates.
  5. No Age relaxation will be admissible.
  6. Preference will be given to the domicile holder of the relevant District of the post. However, it shall not be the sole criteria of selection.
  7. BISP reserves the right to increase/decrease number of posts.
  8. If any candidate, who applied for the post in Category I or II, is interested to apply for the post in Category III, then he/she is required to apply separately against the post in Category III above, which will be filled on open merit basis, clearly indicating the place of posting.
  9. Candidate to be appointed on contract basis will not claim regularization on any grounds and will not be regularized in BISP Service.
  10. Candidate ae required to apply ONLINE within 15 days of publication of this advertisement, on prescribed “Application Form for the post of Compliance Monitor” available at BISP’s official website (bisp.gov.pk). Hard copies of applications and documents shall not be acceptable.
